Do Canadian citizens need a Brazil eVisa?

For Canadian citizens looking to visit Brazil, it's important to note a change in visa requirements. From April 10, 2024, all Canadians will need a Brazil eVisa before traveling to the country.

The introduction of the Brazil eVisa for Canadian citizens, initially slated for October 1, 2023, has seen a few delays. After rescheduling to January 10, 2024, it's now set to begin on April 10, 2024. Before this date, Canadians can travel to Brazil without a visa, with no concerns, even if their return date falls after April 10.

This upcoming eVisa requirement applies to Canadians visiting Brazil for tourism, business, or while in transit. It offers a stay duration of up to 90 days Per Year and comes with a five-year validity, including the flexibility of multiple entries.

Choosing our platform for your eVisa application brings a clear advantage over trying to go it alone.
