What is a Chinese eVisa?

• It's a tourist visa that is granted to tourist groups composed of least 2 people traveling together to China. The Chinese Group eVisa is issued as a separate document and there will be no sticker in the passport.

• Those holding a US passport, who also reside in the US, are now eligible for a 10-year visa for tourism. The Chinese Tourist Visa permits you to visit China within the 10 year period.

• Before sending all the required documents at your assigned Application center, you have to fill out the Chinese Visa Application Platform.

Note: to complete their Chinese 10-year Tourist Visa application, travelers need to go to their local Embassy or Consulate.

What are the requirements to apply?

For the Chinese Tourist Visa, you need to provide:

• Valid passport with 1 year of validity and 2 blanks pages. Please be sure to comply with this so that the embassy does not reject the China paper visa for 10 years.

How does the China eVisa work?

• The Chinese Group eVisa is issued electronically by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Chinese Government. We insert the applicant's data into the Chinese eVisa platform and after they review it, we are notified of the result of the request.

• For the Chinese Tourist Visa, we complete the Chinese Visa Application Form and give instructions in order to acquire their China 10 year tourist visa. Together with your completed China Visa Application Form, you will be given a guide in which you will check all the documents that you must present at the Chinese Embassy in the USA.

How long does it take to apply for a China eVisa?

How can I make my application for a China eVisa?

For both types of visas, you have to follow these instructions:

What can I do if I make a mistake in my application?
