The India Tourist eVisa is an official electronic document that the Government of this country launched to allow Jordanian citizens to enter the borders legally.

Yes, you must get an India eVisa if you're from Jordan.

What do I need to apply for an Indian visa if I'm from Jordan?

Fortunately, the list of things Jordanians need to provide is short. In fact, we’ll do most of the work, and you only need a few things to help us get started. Here is the list:

  • Passport – you will have no difficulties obtaining a passport, and if you already have one, ensure it is still valid. Just look at the expiration date.

  • Digital photo of yourself – The photo must be taken recently. Face gestures are not allowed, and the background should be white.

  • A passport scan of the information page

  • Payment methods – iVisa accepts multiple methods of payment. Aside from using credit or a debit card, Paypal is accepted too since it quite popular now.

  • Business card copy and invitation letter – this requirement applies to people who want to go to India on business and apply for an India business eVisa.

  • Letter from the hospital in India – this is valid for people who apply for a medical visa.

How long is the Indian eVisa for Jordanians valid?

The visa's validity depends on the specific type you select. For those traveling for tourism, you have three options: 30-day, 1-year, and 5-year options. Be aware that the duration of each stay and the frequency of entries allowed differ for each type of visa. Check out our blog for comprehensive information on India Tourist eVisa validity and length of stay.

How is the application form?

Complicated forms can cause worries or stress. That's why we’ve simplified those forms. It should take only 20 minutes for all three steps to be completed.

  1. It should take you about 5 minutes to complete the first step. Fill in your general information and choose both the processing time and visa type. It should take you about 5 minutes for all that.

  2. The second step consists of revision and payment. Make sure that all the information you provide is 100% accurate. Spelling should be checked carefully.

  3. Lastly, the third step will ask you to answer a few personal questions and upload any additional documents you are required. After completing all that, you can click the submit button and wait. That's all!

How much is the fee?

Service costs might be a concern for any traveler, including Jordanians. However, rest assured that we provide an amazing service for an affordable price. The cost of your visa depends on two factors: processing time and visa cost. We offer three processing options:

  • Standard processing – Since it is the cheapest option. It allows you to get your eVisa in 4 days.

  • Rush processing – The cost is slightly higher than the previous option, but you'll receive your visa sooner, in 2 days.

  • Super Rush processing time – With this option, you'll get your eVisa as fast as 30 hours.
