What is an Ivory Coast eVisa?

It is a document required to enter into and travel within Ivory Coast for tourist or business purposes. It is electronically linked to your passport.

How long can visitors with a Kenyan passport stay in Ivory Coast with an eVisa?

Visitors carrying out an eVisa can input Ivory Coast for a max of 30 days in Total Per Entry. Bear in mind that all visits are confined to business or tourism, and that means that you cannot get a job there.

What are the documents required to apply?

  • A current biometric passport – that is valid for at least six months upon arrival.

  • Flight booking information.

  • A confirmed accommodation booking – if you are traveling for tourism.

The Ivory Coast eVisa is valid for 90 calendar days in the date of acceptance.

How does the eVisa work?

The Ivory Coast eVisa is issued electronically by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Ivory Coast Government.

Travelers, travel agents, airlines, and specialist service providers like us around the world can use the Ivory Coast eVisa system to process an eVisa. We enter the applicant's information into the Ivory Coast eVisa system and after they review it, we are notified of the outcome of the Ivory Coast eVisa application.
