What is a Myanmar eVisa?

It is also known as an electronic visa, which is an official electronic document authorized by the Government of Myanmar that allows many tourists to enter the country.

How much time does the eVisa allows me to stay inside the country?

Buthanese citizens can stay inside Myanmar for 28 days in Total.

What are the requirements?

Getting a Myanmar eVisa is an effortless process. We divide the online form into three easy steps:

  1. In the first step, you'll need to provide your personal information and you'll also have to choose a processing time option.

  2. Then do the revision and payment in the next part. Keep in mind that once your application has been processed, revisions are no longer permitted. So, take your time in this second part and double-check all your info details.

  3. The last step has a personal questionnaire that you have to complete. There will be different requirements for each applicant, so additional documents might be needed. Once the steps are completed, just click on the submit button and wait for your visa to arrive.

Do I have the option to enter Myanmar all the times I want?

No, the tourist Myanmar eVisa just lets you enter once. It means you will get a Single Entry.

What would happen if my kids want to travel with me?

You have two options that will depend on your kids age:

  • For those who have less than 7 years old, need to apply along with their parents. There is no additional fees for this case as they will be in the same application form as their parents.

  • For those who have more than 7 years old, need to apply for their own eVisa. Separately from their parents.

**I did not make any reservation of the accommodation in Myanmar yet, is that a problem?
